Introduction

This automatic shrink wrapping machine is suitable for items of different sizes and shapes, especially for high packages. It is assembled from four units: automatic loading/unloading conveyors, automatic cutting and sealing unit, and heat-circulating shrink tunnel. This setup offers the advantages of high efficiency and low labor costs, making it an ideal solution for the printing and packaging industry.

• The four units can be moved separately according to the layout of the worksite.
• Automatic Loading and Unloading
• Sealing and Cutting Position:
  1. Integrated control by electric eye and timer, automatically adjusts according to the package size with no limit length size.
  2. There are two groups of electric eyes (horizontal and vertical, easy to switch) to ensure cutting accuracy and sealing stability.
  3. Teflon-coated knife, continuous cutting with constant temperature, achieving a speed of 1 meter per second. This allows for high-speed cutting with a clean effect and no adhesion.
• Thermal Cycle Contraction Tunnel:
  1. Thermal control integration allows the wind direction to be adjusted freely.
  2. Double-layer insulation curtain improves efficiency.
• The electrical control components are sourced from well-known brands such as Panasonic, Omron, and IF.
• The horizontal knife adopts a double-arm structure driven by a servo motor.
