Introduction
G118 high speed reciprocating sealing machine adopts Mitsubishi servo drive system to achieve continuous sealing and cutting, effectively improve the efficiency of automatic sealing. The speed of the machine can reach the cutting twice per second. The machine is capable for 5-120 pieces of packaging capacity per minute, to meet the requirements of customers for high speed and effective products.
- Adopts imported components - the feeding, film feeding, sealing and cutting, shrinkage, and discharge of the machine are controlled by servo motor for stable and durable performance.
- The use of reciprocating sealing technology helps for continuous transmission of products without stopping, continuous reciprocating sealing knife cutting, and avoiding product sliding and shift phenomenon thus creates good packaging effect.
- Adopts the edge sealing pre-technology. The edge sealing in the packaging process is continuously without stopping for sealing and cutting with no crack. The width of residual film is about 50% of the traditional equipment, thus saves packaging costs.
- The machine is equipped with an adaptive feeding system, which can automatically adjust the speed of the feeding system according to the packaging speed of the host machine.
- Suitable for a wide range of products - for different sizes of products only need to input product length, width and height in the control panel. Given the parameters, the machine automatically able to achieve perfect shrink sealing appearance.
- Adopting advanced downdraft circulation technology - making full use of heat energy, improving energy efficiency and saving electricity consumption. The wind direction in the shrink tunnel and the air volume at the bottom can be adjusted freely to achieve the packing effect.
- Speed adjustment is also one - button synchronous completion.
- The control platform adopts the rotation of 320 degrees and very easy to operate.
